Started in 1975 in Marquette, Michigan and headed by brothers Pat and Sean, O'Boyle & Company are third generation builders who carry the torch of quality in all of their business practices. Pat has a degree in Construction Engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology in Southfield, Michigan while Sean has a degree in Electronics from Ohio Institute of Technology in Columbus.
The O'Boyle's business longevity is due to their quality workmanship, timely completion and past clients' referrals. Pat and Sean know the key to any successful project is communication. They are in constant contact with their clients and if there are any changes, the brothers are careful to write change orders so clients know just how much additional work will cost.

The O'Boyle's have a knowledgeable staff, fully equipped office with the latest technology, including Critical Path Scheduling programs, and a strong relationship with their sub-contractors and suppliers, where each party is familiar with the others' capabilities and expectations. Costs controlled with innovative technology
When building large scale projects, Pat and Sean communicate closely with owners, architects, sub-contractors and carpentry crews to keep projects right on schedule. One innovation that sets them apart from most other contractors is being able to panelize on site with their "wall framing machine" which allows for very competitive costs on framing larger projects such as hotels, apartments and condominiums. Being able to start walls and foundations at the same time allows for a shelled in stage quicker than normal. This is especially helpful on late start fall projects.
